7 colors: white, yellow, purple, red, green, blue and dark.
First I sized (18" x 10") and printed the image, then transfered it to tracing paper:
Once I traced the white portions of the image onto the block, I carved out everything I wanted to stay WHITE:
Then I printed the first color (20 prints), YELLOW:
